A long standing user of Datasym’s front and back office EPOS solution has gone live with an integrated online shop.
With an EPOS system supplied by Aufait Systems in Huntingdon (01480 474779) Wood Green Animal Shelter identified a need to expand on their existing online presence and create a fully integrated web and EPOS solution. The online shop has been developed with the look and feel of the main website and integrates seamlessly with their Datasym Stockade SQL back office system. This has the major benefit of allowing them to control stock in real-time, with stock levels updated automatically in their database as online purchases are made, as well as new and existing product information being fed automatically from their back office database to their website which eliminates the need to operate two entirely different systems and stock pools.
