Datasym KDS is a replacement for a traditional kitchen printer or to be used to control orders coming in from third party delivery services. The KDS is run as a web service and can be used on any O/S.

The KDS solution has ordering channels clearly marked to show if order has been received via POS, Table Ordering, Kiosk or food ordering app such as Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo, Deliverect etc.
The KDS has a traffic light system based on the time the order is being prepared; highlighting overdue orders in Red, in progress in Amber or order received in Green allowing staff to keep on top of their priorities.
