Retail Sports Systems, a channel partner of Datasym’s that specialises in sports retail and RCommerce has successfully installed DPOS SQL in the retail shop at Swansea FC in time for this seasons kit launch
Retail & Sports Systems have installed a system at the Liberty Stadium home to Swansea City and the Ospreys.
Both clubs share the Club Shop at the Liberty whilst Swansea have another three tills at their Cwmdu store.
Each club has their own separate Back Office with On Line shop, the tills at the Liberty Stadium and Cwmdu Store feed sales back to both real time enabling up to date stock levels to be maintained.
Both clubs use Ticketmaster to sell tickets and DPOS SQL allows tickets to be sold from the tills in either Store.
The club has launched a loyalty cash scheme to replace the old season ticket discount, this is provided by Sports Alliance. DPOS SQL provides a sales feed to the CRM allowing loyalty cash to be awarded and also for the cash to be redeemed in store.
