All Datasym support contracts provide its clients with access to its helpdesk between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Additional contracts are available to provide a limited emergency helpdesk service for out of hours.

In addition to helpdesk access, all Datasym support contracts provide access to download and apply the latest updates for the applications that you have purchased (obtainable via this website). This would include both major and minor releases meaning that clients still running our older Paradox based back office could upgrade free of charge to our current SQL based back office products. Hospitality clients could upgrade to the latest Datasym.POS Version 6 and benefit from many additional features such as a graphical table plan. Our retail clients can benefit from a host of additional features that would include loyalty scheme support and also the ability to perform stock functions such as goods receipts and transfers on hand held terminals.
