Datasym’s reseller WRS have just launched a case study outlining the history of the Datasym solution within the Costa Coffee estate and makes excellent reading. From the early days when Datasym assisted with the first Costa Coffee site to use our software supplied by WRS to the P2M Coffee Costa Coffee Franchise in Cheam, to the current day where Datasym software is used across the entire estate of 2417 sites, 3600 terminals (and rising) all supplied, installed and maintained by one of Datasym’s longest serving resellers. Datasym continues to work alongside WRS to deliver custom developments to ensure the solution delivers exactly what the changing face of Costa Coffee requires. In addition to software development, Datasym provides a Data Bureau service, KPI reporting and has also supplied the server hosting infrastructure which serves the whole of the Costa Estate, built to the tolerances and requirements specifically requested by Costa Coffee.
