Datasym is pleased to announce that Menumate for iPad is now available for download from the Apple App Store.
Menumate for iPad is able to run as a standalone add-on to Menumark or as an enhancement to the EMO bedside terminal solution from Hospedia. Trialed at Derriford Hospital and due to go fully live across the hospital on January 6th 2014, Datasym is pleased to add the iPad Menumate solution to our already extensive patient meal collation options ensuring we have a solution that is right for you whatever your budget. Datasym is now able to offer meal order solutions from summary entry (requiring no additional hardware or software) right up to the all singing all dancing Hospedia entertainment system hosted application which allows patients to review and make their own meal selections. Menumate iPad can be used by catering departments to obtain meal selections from wards that do not yet have the Hospedia terminals or alternatively can be used in their own right across all wards in the hospital. Menus filter based on dietary limitations ensuring only the correct choices for the patient are available for selection. Patient meal counts are fed directly into Menumate back office which is available from all PCs on the network allowing dieticians an option to review and even change individual selections. The final step is to bring the counts into Menumark for ward and dish level reporting.
